Jennifer Wiseman on Space Exploration
I think it’s exciting as Christians to go exploring, because we’re never going to find anything that’s outside of God’s realm. Everything is part of this majestic creation, and the more you discover the more amazed you get by thinking about God, and so I think exploration is a divinely Christian activity and people should be excited about it.

One after another, from “the former director of the National Human Genome Research Project” to “Chief of the ExoPlanets and Stellar Astrophysics Laboratory in the Astrophysics Science Division at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center” -Christians are at the forefront of so many scientific endeavors. It’s ironic how one might actually think the vast majority of professional scientists are atheists or the like; but just as in the days of Copernicus, Kepler, Newton, Pasteur, Heisenberg, Plank, and et al it has been the wonderment of God’s creation before us that drew them toward greater goals for the benefit of mankind. Jennifer Wiseman continues this great Christian tradition.

This really excites me – as a kid I was always fascinated by space and astronomy, and still am. It’s great to see Christians at the forefront of scientific exploration in studying God’s amazing universe.
